Document Management Software Provider Offers Structured Program to Position Partners for Success
 
 
Raleigh, NC  (March 30, 2010) – KnowledgeTree™, an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) provider focusing on affordable document management software, today announced its newly redesigned partner program that is strongly oriented toward assisting partners with product sales. The program also introduces the PartnerBase, an instance of KnowledgeTreeLive, the company’s SaaS offering, containing materials exclusively for use by partners.

In addition to the materials housed in the PartnerBase, KnowledgeTree partners in the highest tier will have access to training, joint marketing initiatives and support from the sales team to generate leads and close sales. Those partners in the low and medium partner tiers will also receive access to the PartnerBase and representation on the KnowledgeTree website. More partnership benefits accrue to those partners with higher sales volume.

“Not only can KnowledgeTree partners add the affordable KnowledgeTree document management software to their product portfolios,” Spink added “they can increase the value of the sale by offering professional services, such as implementation, migration from shared drives or paper files, and custom development.”
 
Two partner relationship managers have been appointed from within the KnowledgeTree team to ensure partners get what they need to be successful— Bryan Tyler for the Americas and Amin Hendricks for EMEA and APAC. Both Bryan and Amin will work with partners during the sales cycle and help coordinate partner marketing campaigns.
